SHIPPING POLICY
All orders have a processing time of 2 to 4 business days. Please note that due to supply chain issues and staffing shortages, these processing times may be longer. While we will do our best to get all orders shipped within 2 to 3 business days, some orders have experienced delays of up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
RETURN POLICY
You may return a product within 15 days of purchase. Returns must be in new and unused condition. Used items may not be returned, unless they are defective.

Any return that is not the result of our mistake is subject to a 30% return processing fee. This processing fee allows us to cover our costs associated with fulfilling an item, shipping, handling, and merchant processing fees.

Defective, damaged, or wrong product shipped may be returned at no charge.
